How to become a “Secret passenger”?
Step 1. Get the application form by sending a request in a free form to the following e-mail address mau@airportufa.ru. Also the application form can be downloaded from the website in this section, or you can get it at the information desk of our airport.
Step 2. While departing and arriving via Ufa International airport fill in each piece of the questionnaire. Photos illustrating your appreciation are always welcome, it will help us to address immediately the shortcomings.
Step 3. The completed form can be left at the information desk of the domestic flights terminal (Terminal 1), or scanned and sent by e-mail to the following address:mau@airportufa.ru.
Please note that questionnaires are considered valid only with the specified contact details and flight number.
