Transfer

Ufa International Airport has been operating under the “M2-Closed fare” Transfer Development Program since 2016.

The project allows to create routes with a transfer at the Ufa airport for passengers of airlines that do not have interline or code-sharing agreements between them.

The project is based on the “M2-Closed fare” multilateral agreement and is implemented jointly with partner airlines. The goal of the project is to create a wide network of connecting routes through the Ufa airport using attractive end-to-end fares and special technologies for handling transfer passengers and baggage, which allows you to provide a minimum connection time between flights.

In their turn airlines can increase seat occupancy on their own flights without additional costs by attracting transfer passengers from regions and cities that are not served by the airline, and passengers from Ufa and nearby regions will be able to make flights with maximum convenience and the shortest connections.

The potential market for regional air transport from Ufa, as well as the geographical location of the Ufa airport, allows you to organize transfer services due to the hub technology for creating flight schedules and reduce the duration of the flight compared to transfers at the airports of the Moscow aviation hub.

When joining the Airport Transfer Development Program partner airlines are provided with discounts for servicing transfer passengers.

The minimum time of transfer connection between Domestic Terminal and Domestic Terminal, which is provided by the Ufa airport, is 3 hours (180 minutes).
